Hotel Costa Azul Acapulco

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was stunningly modern. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful pool. This hotel is great location, just a short walk to the main avenue and very close to the beach. It is also away from the noisy areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful and were pretty good too ensure I had everything I needed. They were always smiling and cute, giving helpful recommendations and providing excellent service. I want to give a special shout out to Ariana, who was instrumental in organizing activities for my niece and me. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The pool area is beautiful and provides a peaceful retreat from the noisy areas of the city.

All good - I loved my stay - food was good and my bed was comfortable. Everything was perfect and within 18 minutes' drive of General Juan N Alvarez airport. Pool was nice, comfortable to sit around...

During our new year stay, we found two highlights of the hotel that we really liked. First, the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Our room was super clean and very well-maintained. Second, the location of the hotel was key. It was just an 8-minute walk to the beach, making it very convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful Acapulco coastline. the hotel had a nice pool where we could relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was perfectly located for my vacation. It was just a short cab ride away from the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist destinations. The bus station was also conveniently close, allowing me to easily access different beaches. And speaking of beaches, the hotel was just steps away from a beautiful one.

The lack of a coffee machine or kettle in a common area, which would have been nice for guests.

The hotel is clean, great facilities, beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are worth the money, good location.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The spacious room with a comfortable king bed and a 54 Sony TV made me feel right at home. I enjoyed spending time by the pool, clean and well-maintained. The staff were great, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel's location was great, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. the secure parking and strong wifi were added bonuses. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Although everything was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. I would have liked the option to call for food, as there was no dining hall or kitchen on duty.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. It was situated in a great spot, close to the beach and other attractions. We were able to easily explore the area and make the most of our time there. The staff at the hotel were also really good. They were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the delicious breakfast. It was a great way to start off each day and gave us the energy we needed for all the activities we had planned.

The pool was great with the kids. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Nice pool area. Covered parking spaces next to the rooms. The area seems safe. The smallest lady in the place is in charge if you have a problem with the rooms. A 10 minute walk to the beach. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Big supermarket 8 minutes walk away. The hotel was away from the noisy areas, with a quite large swimming pool in the center of the complex. The rooms feel more like individual chalets than hotel rooms, in terms of their layout. The staff went beyond the normal to see to our needs. The bed was comfy and they helped us get some English channels on the TV. The pool was beautiful, clean, and refreshing. WiFi was strong. The water pressure in the shower was good. Their breakfast was also very good. We had a wonderful stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
